Squir is a new series of scarves, where my graphic background is clearly visible. I made the design on the computer. The scarves shown are partly printed on Twill silk and partly on a wonderfully soft combination of Cashmere wool with Modaal.
As a basis I used photos that I made in nature. I have processed this into graphic elements. The design consists of many layers, creating new colors and shapes and giving the design its depth and movement. Motion captured in still image. This design is available in various sizes and fabric types.
