Lisanne contacted me and asked if I would paint the silk for her wedding gown.
Painting the fabric of a wedding gown is something I really enjoy and I consider it a very special assignment, so I was obviously quite happy to take this on!
After trying out painting with her favourite colours and her desired patterns, the real job could begin. Two large cloths of 280x140 cm were required to be able to make a full circle skirt. The wedding was a success and I received professional photographs of the event. The bride looked absolutely radiant and the gown suited her beautifully!
