Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 4 working days after your order.
You can find the shipping costs outside the Netherlands on the payment page. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for something else or return your purchase within 14 days of purchase.
If an item is returned undamaged and unworn in its original condition, your money will be refunded within a few days.
Items that are discounted cannot be returned. A voucher or exchange for another item is of course possible.
Products made especially for you cannot be returned.

Before returning the order, send an email to info@colorsofellen.com stating the order number in the subject of the email. Indicate in this e-mail which goods you want to return and possibly to which account number an amount must be refunded.
The costs for return shipments are at the expense of the customer, unless we have sent the wrong products ourselves or if goods have been delivered damaged. A return shipment must be properly packaged and sufficiently stamped.
